Targeted, science-led dietary support to enhance egg, sperm, and hormone health.

About Rachel

Rachel is a degree-qualified Registered Nutritional Therapist with specialist expertise in fertility, hormone health, and metabolic function. She holds a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine and is registered with both the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

With advanced training in nutrigenomics and functional testing, Rachel integrates evidence-based nutrition with modern diagnostics such as Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM), hormone profiling, and microbiome analysis. Her approach identifies underlying metabolic or hormonal imbalances that can affect conception, menstrual health, and pregnancy outcomes.

Working collaboratively with the Truth Fertility team, Rachel designs personalised nutrition and lifestyle plans that support ovulation, egg and sperm quality, blood sugar regulation, and overall reproductive wellbeing. She is particularly experienced in supporting patients with PCOS, endometriosis, insulin resistance, thyroid disorders, and recurrent miscarriage.

Rachel’s work bridges nutritional science and compassionate care — empowering each patient with clear, practical steps to restore balance, improve fertility outcomes, and enhance long-term health.

Our CGM Service

Insulin resistance can quietly influence ovulation, egg quality, and hormone balance — even in those with a healthy diet or lifestyle. As part of her work at Truth Fertility, Rachel uses advanced tools such as Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) and targeted nutritional strategies to identify and correct metabolic imbalances that may be affecting conception.

Her personalised plans focus on stabilising blood sugar, supporting ovarian function, and optimising hormonal health to create the best possible environment for pregnancy.
