Samples must arrive at our central Bristol, Frome or Bournemouth clinics within 45 minutes of ejaculation. You will be required to pay for your test once a sample collection date has been agreed. A payment link will be sent to the email address provided. If payment is not received within 10 working days of the sample collection date the booking will be cancelled.
