Understanding your hormone balance is essential when looking at fertility, cycle health and overall wellbeing. We use saliva hormone testing to measure oestrogen, progesterone, DHEA and cortisol, giving insight into both reproductive and adrenal function.
Saliva testing measures the active, bioavailable form of hormones in your system, which can give a more accurate reflection of how your body is functioning. That makes it especially useful when looking at stress-related hormone disruption or luteal phase imbalance.
